Shipping policy



Thank you for visiting and shopping at https://socks.store!! The terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy are stated below. 

📆 Order Processing 

  • Our facility processes and ships orders Monday through Friday.

  • Most orders are shipped within 2–5 business days

  • A tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label has been printed.

  • The delivery estimate at checkout is an approximation, not a guarantee.  

  • Orders may experience delays due to postal service issues, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 

📦 Shipping Rates 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service and destination.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on weight, location, and applicable taxes or duties.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returns, exchanges, or re-shipping due to carrier return or incorrect address.  

🌍 International Shipping 

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. For orders shipped through UPS or DHL, payment for customs fees will be required upon delivery. For orders shipped through other services, these fees will be collected at checkout. 

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees and compliance with local import laws.

  • If an international package is returned to us due to customs issues, refusal, or incorrect address, the buyer must cover the cost of reshipment if a second delivery is requested.

🚚 Delivery Time 

  • Delivery timeframes are estimated by the carrier and not guaranteed.

  • Processing time at our facility (1–3 business days) is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time.

  • Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, we do not have control over the delivery timeline. If you have issues with delivery or would like to reroute your package once the carrier has possession of your package, please contact the carrier directly.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking 

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is fulfilled. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, check your spam or request the confirmation to be re-sent to your confirmed email address.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.  

🚨 Damaged or Lost Shipments 

  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required for the claim process. 

  • Email support@socks.store with photos of the issue. Please include photos of the exterior and interior packaging.
